In our latest project, we had the pleasure of transforming the saddle of a KTM Super Duke GT. This wasn't just about changing the color; it was about upgrading the rider's entire experience.
Precision Meets Passion
As you can see in the video above, our process is far from a simple "cover job." We treat upholstery as an art form.
The Design: We started by stripping the seat down and mapping out a new ergonomic design. We utilized a striking Black and Red colorway to match the aggressive styling of the bike.
The Craftsmanship: Using high-precision tools, we hand-marked the quilting lines to ensure perfect symmetry. The custom "GT" embroidery was added to the lumbar support area for that factory-plus finish.
The Stitching: We utilized contrasting red stitching against premium non-slip materials. This not only looks incredible but provides the rider with better grip during acceleration and cornering.
The Fitment: The final step is the installation. A custom seat must fit the chassis as perfectly as the original factory part, with zero gaps or loose fabric.
